The Opportunities
You’ll be the technical bridge between our AI platform and our clients’ existing software. You’re also the human face of our platform once they’re live. You’ll own the integration process from start to finish: configuring automations, setting up call flows, running onboarding calls, and resolving tickets.If you love solving technical puzzles, communicating clearly with non-technical clients, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure end-to-end integrations between our AI platform and each client’s CRM and software stack.
- Build the core automations every new client needs: New Lead Call triggers, Follow-Up Call triggers, and Call Complete automations that post outcomes (notes, appointments, answers, DNC status) back into the CRM.
- Lead client onboarding calls. Walk clients through their setup and make sure they can use the system confidently.
- Monitor, respond to, and resolve client support tickets with clear records and timely updates.
- Troubleshoot client-facing technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Improve integration workflows and documentation so each new client takes less time than the last.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, or native CRM automations).
- Working knowledge of major CRMs and the ability to navigate unfamiliar ones with confidence.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and how systems communicate with each other.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools effectively in a professional setting.
- Excellent written and verbal English, you can explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Strong problem-solving instincts and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior client-facing technical support or integrations experience.
- Familiarity with VoIP or telephony platforms.
- Experience onboarding or supporting clients at a SaaS or tech startup.
- Background in sales technology, lead management, or marketing automation.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year, based on experience.
- Fully remote, work from anywhere in the U.S. (MST time zone hours).
