Responsibilities
- Preparing and processing invoices and credit notes
- Updating and maintaining internal records and systems
- Assisting with transaction matching and reconciliation tasks
- Identifying and resolving minor discrepancies within records and reports
- Communicating with customers via email regarding refund information queries
- Following up on outstanding information and supporting the completion of customer refund requests
- Providing general administrative support
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Confident using computer systems and spreadsheets
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
- Good written communication and customer service skills
- Previous administration experience preferred
