Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
- Manage data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date customer records
- Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints
- Utilise strong communication skills to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services that meet customer needs
- Analyse customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality across all channels
- Maintain knowledge of company offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
- Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy levels
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential; additional languages are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret customer data and feedback effectively
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in upselling products or services is advantageous
- Organised, proactive, and able to work well within a team environment
