In January 2026, Honley CofE (VC) Junior, Infant and Nursery School announced its intention to become part of Trinity Multi Academy Trust.
Trinity is a growing and respected trust currently comprising 11 academies, spanning primary to post-16 education, with a strong and proud track record of helping schools make a lasting, positive difference in the lives of young people.
It is an exciting time to be part of Honley JI&N as the school enters this new chapter.
Honley is currently across two sites, originally an Infant and Junior site, with a Daycare and Out of School Club, offering full wrap around care from the age of 2.
The school wishes to appoint a highly skilled Headteacher to lead the happy and hardworking team.
As Headteacher, the successful candidate will work closely with governors to set the school’s future strategic direction and demonstrate commitment to pursuing excellence in every aspect of school life.
The role also involves leading the transition to join Trinity Multi-Academy Trust.
The school is proud of its achievements and determined to build upon its existing high standards of teaching and learning in the future.
