Job Summary
Primewise is seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Intern to join the dynamic team. Primewise works with a diverse portfolio of brands including exciting restaurant projects while also producing high-quality content for Primewise channels.
This paid internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in social media management, content creation, and public relations within a vibrant organisation.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about digital communication, highly creative, and eager to build their skills in a professional environment.
Duties
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across various social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Produce engaging and creative short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) for both Primewise and diverse clients, including restaurant brands.
- Monitor social media accounts for engagement, comments, and messages, responding promptly and professionally.
- Support the development of social media campaigns aligned with overall marketing strategies.
- Analyse social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Conduct research on current trends in social media and public relations to inform content creation.
- Help organise virtual or live events to promote the brand and increase online engagement.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of social media management tools and platforms.
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas, particularly for Reels and video content.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of public relations principles and how they apply to digital content.
- Enthusiastic learner eager to develop skills in digital marketing and brand management.
- Prior experience or coursework related to social media management or PR is advantageous.
