Remote Dealer Acquisition Representative

OMNI Finance is currently expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join the growing team as Remote Dealer Acquisition Representatives.

This is a fully remote and flexible opportunity that can be done entirely from your phone, making it ideal for anyone looking to earn additional income alongside studies, work, or other commitments.

The role is designed to fit around your schedule, however there is a minimum activity target of 150 dials per week, which typically works out at roughly 1 hour per day across 4 days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your role will involve contacting UK car dealerships and introducing Omni Finance as a potential finance brokerage partner.

You will:

  • Call dealerships from a provided list
  • Introduce Omni Finance professionally
  • Explain services briefly
  • Ask a few qualifying questions
  • Gauge interest in partnering with OMNI Finance
  • Collect key dealership information once onboarded

Each call should typically last around 3–6 minutes.

The role is much easier than traditional cold calling because dealerships already need finance brokers to help customers get approved for vehicles. You are not trying to convince them to buy something they do not need — you are simply introducing a service that can directly help increase their sales and approvals.

You will receive full online training and scripts from one of the top-performing dealer callers in the office, meaning no previous experience is required. OMNI Finance will show you exactly what to say and how the process works.

What Happens Once a Dealership Joins?

Once a dealership agrees to work with OMNI Finance, you simply collect:

  • Their WhatsApp contact number
  • Full company name
  • Confirmation they are happy to send finance proposals

After that, your role regarding that dealership is complete.

From that point onward, every finance deal submitted by that dealership generates ongoing commission for you.

Earnings & Commission Structure

This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential.

Your monthly commission structure is as follows:

  • First 5 deals of the month: £40 per deal
  • Next 5 deals: £60 per deal
  • Next 5 deals: £80 per deal
  • Every deal after that: £100 per deal

Example Earnings

If the dealerships you onboard collectively send:

  • 20 deals in a month = approximately £1,300 earned
  • 40 deals in a month = approximately £3,300 earned
  • 80 deals in a month = approximately £7,300 earned

The more dealerships you onboard, the more recurring income you can generate every month.

Additional incentives and performance bonuses may also be available.
