Summary

We’re hiring a Senior Monetization Manager to optimize monetization and revenue yield across our growing portfolio of mobile apps, with a primary focus on subscription and paywall monetization across iOS and Android, backed by strong programmatic ad monetization experience. This is a highly strategic and analytical role, working cross-functionally with product, data and analytics, growth, and engineering to ensure Mode is maximizing subscription and ad revenue, LTV, and retention across our app portfolio.

Responsibilities

• A highly organized individual who can run multiple monetization workstreams in parallel without letting details slip
• Data-driven and rigorous, you back decisions with clear reasoning and are comfortable both challenging assumptions and being challenged
• High-ownership and self-directed — you take a problem and run with it, and can be trusted to drive workstreams independently
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities, you create structure and momentum where there isn’t any
• Skilled at using data, A/B experimentation, and intuition to make the best possible decisions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in subscription monetization, pricing strategy, or growth roles at a mobile app or subscription-based company
• Hands-on experience with paywall experimentation and subscription pricing across iOS and Android, with practical working knowledge of RevenueCat and/or Superwall
• AI-native: you default to AI tools to work faster and at greater scale, and actively look for ways to build them into your day-to-day workflow
• Strong ownership mindset, highly organized, and able to drive multiple workstreams in parallel while operating cross-functionally — a must for this role
