Position Overview

  • Job Title: Administrative Assistant
  • Location: Trealaw Resource Centre (with potential coverage across multiple sites)
  • Grade: Band 3
  • Salary: £24,433 – £26,060 per annum (including temporary top-up to £24,638 to reflect the living wage of £12.60 per hour)
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm)

Role Summary

As an Administrative Assistant within the LPMHSS, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient running of mental health services. Administrative Support

  • Provide efficient and high-quality administrative services to support the LPMHSS team.
  • Manage correspondence, scheduling, and documentation to ensure smooth operations.

Data Management

  • Collect, input, and maintain statistical information on service activity.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with both local and national standards.
