Role Overview
As a Night Support Worker, you will ensure the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of the people supported throughout the night. While each person’s needs are different, typical duties include:

Promoting a calm, safe, and homely overnight environment

Providing assistance with personal care routines (where needed)

Carrying out light domestic tasks and housekeeping

Monitoring, documenting, and reporting on individuals’ overnight wellbeing

Following personalised care plans and communicating any concerns

Being a supportive, reassuring presence through the night
Candidate Requirements
