Job Summary

Amica UK is seeking a motivated Sales Support Representative to join its dynamic team. This part-time role involves working between 3–4 hours per day, with flexibility in scheduling. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting sales operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Applicants must have at least one year of experience working for an asset finance company in a sales or sales support position.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Support the preparation of proposals and documentation.
Provide excellent customer service to strengthen client relationships.
Help resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role within the asset finance industry.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

This is a remote-based position, though the applicant must be able to commute to Uttoxeter, Staffordshire at least once per month.

Pay and Hours

Pay: £15.00 per hour
Hours: 15 – 20 per week
