About the Role
Brysa Limited is seeking a skilled Salesforce Consultant to deliver Salesforce solutions that enhance client sales, service, and marketing operations. The role involves leading discovery sessions, designing scalable architectures, implementing best practices, and supporting users through testing and training.
Key Responsibilities

Run workshops to capture requirements and map business processes

Design and implement Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud solutions, including configuration of flows, validation, and security

Build integrations using best-practice patterns and AppExchange tools

Manage backlog, user stories, estimations, and release planning

Prepare test scripts, conduct UAT, and manage cutover and hypercare

Coach client administrators and produce clear documentation
-
Track project risks, issues, and communicate progress to stakeholders
What You’ll Bring

Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce delivery experience in a consultancy or complex in-house team

Strong expertise in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, with proficiency in Flow, SOQL basics, and data model design

Comprehensive understanding of roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing configurations

Confident working with Jira/Azure Boards, Git-based version control, and CI/CD concepts

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritisation skills
Desirable Skills

Experience with Agentforce, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, or Marketing Cloud
-
Integration experience (APIs, MuleSoft, Boomi)

Exposure to Apex and Lightning Web Components

Sector experience in Brysa Limited’s key verticals
Certifications

Salesforce Administrator

Platform App Builder or Business Analyst (preferred)
