Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Support clients in daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication management, and mobility assistance

Follow individual care plans to meet specific client needs

Maintain accurate records and report changes in condition to the supervising nurse or care manager

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Drive clients to appointments or social activities when required

Use IT systems for documentation and communication while maintaining confidentiality

Participate in ongoing training and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications and Requirements

Previous experience in home care or care home settings is preferred but not essential

Understanding of care plans and ability to implement them effectively

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)

Valid driving licence and access to a car (essential)

Caring attitude and genuine desire to help others

Basic IT skills for documentation purposes

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Sponsorship Information
L & F Care Services can offer Skilled Worker visa sponsorship for suitable candidates based on experience.
Sponsored team members will primarily be based in Letchworth Garden City, with flexibility to cover other service locations such as Wisbech if required. Accommodation will be provided during temporary assignments.
