Role Overview
Amaya Care Homes is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (Day & Night shifts) to join the team in Maesteg. The role involves providing exceptional, person-centred care tailored to each resident’s individual needs while ensuring high clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver person-centred nursing care with compassion, dignity, and respect

Support the development and implementation of personalised care plans

Administer and manage medication safely and in line with regulations

Promote and safeguard residents’ welfare and wellbeing

Lead and support care teams to maintain excellent clinical standards

Work in accordance with the NMC Code of Practice and company policies
Requirements

NMC Registered Nurse (Active PIN required)

Must be based in the UK and able to attend in-person interviews

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Passion for delivering outstanding nursing care
Location: Amaya Care Homes – Maesteg, CF34 9LS
Applicants must be able to commute reliably or relocate prior to starting.
