Job Summary
Sayani Medical is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Bookkeeper to manage financial records and support accounting functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial data, processing transactions, and assisting with financial reporting.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in accounting software and an eye for detail to contribute to the smooth financial operations of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and promptly

Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is correctly recorded

Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for management review

Manage invoice processing, expense tracking, and payment schedules

Support year-end closing procedures and audit preparations

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies
Skills and Experience

Proven experience with accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero

Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general ledger management

Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Good communication skills to liaise with colleagues and external auditors

Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience is preferred (training can be provided for the right candidate)
