Carer Responsibilities

Undergo reference checks and safeguarding screening

Provide personal care with dignity and respect (washing, dressing, toileting, etc.)

Support adults and children with challenging behaviours using trauma-informed and de-escalation techniques

Maintain accurate records and follow care plans diligently

Manage time effectively, demonstrating punctuality and reliability

Adhere to the uniform policy (clean and professional attire as required)

Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, confidentiality, and professionalism
