You are influenced by gossip, negativity, or poor workplace behaviour
You have ever manipulated clients for personal gain, including:
- Encouraging clients to leave you their inheritance
- Coercing clients to alter routines or care plans for your convenience
- Using emotional pressure or deceit to gain favours, gifts, or control

Such actions are safeguarding violations and will result in immediate dismissal and reporting to relevant authorities.

Carer Responsibilities

Undergo reference checks and safeguarding screening
Provide personal care with dignity and respect (washing, dressing, toileting, etc.)
Support adults and children with challenging behaviours using trauma-informed and de-escalation techniques
Maintain accurate records and follow care plans diligently
Manage time effectively, demonstrating punctuality and reliability
Adhere to the uniform policy (clean and professional attire as required)
Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, confidentiality, and professionalism

Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Domiciliary Care Worker (required)
Licence/Certification:
