Job Overview

The role focuses on assisting individuals with daily activities, ensuring comfort, safety, and independence. Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Support individuals in daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication management

Follow care plans accurately as directed by healthcare professionals

Monitor client progress and report changes as needed

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment

Collaborate with team members to ensure effective and consistent care delivery
Skills and Requirements

Proficient in English (spoken and written) for clear communication

Strong understanding of care plans and the ability to follow them precisely

Previous experience in domiciliary care is preferred

Basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication

Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and families

A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle are essential
Qualifications and Experience

Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in home care (required)

Language: English (required)

Licence/Certification: Valid Driving Licence (required)
