Job Overview
United MICE Travel Service UK Ltd is seeking a dedicated and professional Public Relations Officer to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation. The role involves developing and executing PR strategies, managing events, and liaising with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth coordination and impactful communication.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and evaluate public relations strategies to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and third-party partners (including hotels, venues, transportation providers, and tour guides) to coordinate event and travel logistics from planning through on-site execution.

Discuss business strategies, products, and target audiences with senior management to identify PR and marketing opportunities.

Represent the company through client meetings, presentations, media interactions, and public events to strengthen United MICE’s brand presence.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, media contacts, and suppliers to promote ongoing collaboration and business growth.

Handle on-site event management, including troubleshooting and resolving unexpected issues quickly and effectively.

Develop and implement tools to monitor and measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns and promotional events.
Requirements

Postgraduate degree in a field related to events management, public relations, communications, or marketing.

At least 6 months of relevant event experience (e.g., conference, exhibition, event management).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin — essential for liaising between Chinese-speaking clients and UK partners.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
