Job Overview

Restore7 Ltd is seeking a compassionate and motivated Rehabilitation Assistant – Care Worker to join its multidisciplinary team. The role is primarily based in Huddersfield and West Leeds, with the main office located in Leeds (LS7).

This position involves supporting clients with complex neurological conditions in their homes and community settings, helping them regain independence and enhance their quality of life. The successful candidate will assist with rehabilitation under the supervision of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and/or Speech and Language Therapists, while also supporting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, walking, and shopping.

Strong communication skills, patience, and a person-centred approach are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists to support rehabilitation.
Support individuals with activities of daily living.
Encourage independence and participation in activities.
Monitor and report client progress to the wider clinical team.
Maintain accurate records in line with care plans.

Requirements

Experience in a care or support role.
A caring and respectful approach.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
A full UK driving licence and access to own car is essential.

Salary and Job Type

Pay: £13.40–£14.00 per hour
