Support Worker – Role Overview
A Support Worker provides practical and emotional support to individuals who need help with day-to-day living. This may include people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, or challenges due to age or illness.
The role promotes independence, safety, and quality of life at home and in the community.
