This role requires a friendly, proactive Customer Services Executive who will support students as they search for accommodation. The position serves as the first point of contact for many users, ensuring fast, accurate and supportive guidance throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and respond to customer enquiries using HubSpot

Assist students in finding suitable accommodation options

Guide students through the booking process to help them secure their ideal place

Ensure all interactions are handled professionally, promptly and with care
About You
Accommodation for Students is looking for someone who:

Has at least 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service or support role

Is warm, patient and confident in dealing with a wide range of customers

Is comfortable using digital tools, especially CRM platforms such as HubSpot

Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Is organised, motivated and thrives in a remote-first environment

Enjoys helping others and delivers service with empathy and clarity
