About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will work as part of a focused team maintaining the personal care needs of residents, respecting their dignity, and promoting their independence at all times. You will also ensure that care services are of a consistently high standard, assist in caring for residents, and undertake other general day-to-day activities in the care home.
