Sponsorship will be provided following the successful completion of a four-month probationary period.
Topline Care Solutions, a leading domiciliary care agency, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health and Support Worker (female) to provide in-home care and support services to clients. Topline Care Solutions believes in treating clients with respect, dignity, and maintaining strict confidentiality.
A minimum of six (6) months’ experience in the UK is required; all training will be provided. Access to personal vehicles is necessary. Topline Care Solutions is committed to delivering exceptional care that upholds the highest standards of excellence in the industry and providing tailored care plans that meet the individual needs of each client. Responsibilities

Providing personal care and support services to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Assisting clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed

Administering medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals

Providing companionship and emotional support to clients

Assisting with meal preparation and feeding as needed

Performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and changing bed linens

Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Requirements

Must be in UK & access to vehicle is required

Candidate must be able to start working ASAP

Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
