Key Responsibilities

Provide direct executive support to the senior leadership team, including preparing information packs, managing key documentation, and coordinating priorities.

Assist with core HR administration, including onboarding support, maintaining policies and helping manage workflows.

Support finance and sales processes, liaising with internal and external partners where required.

Prepare and format reports, documents, summaries, and internal materials for use across different teams.

Complete general business information requests relating to tenders, procurement, contracts, and compliance.

Help manage business workflows such as logging actions, tracking progress, and supporting leadership follow-ups.

Provide flexible business support across the company as priorities evolve with growth.
Skills and Qualities

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.

Confident working with senior leaders and handling sensitive or confidential information.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

Essential & Desirable Experience

Proven experience supporting senior leadership or executive teams.

Working knowledge of HR administration processes (e.g. recruitment support, personnel records, onboarding).

A working understanding of business finance processes (e.g. invoicing, purchase orders, expense tracking).

Previous experience in a business support, PA, executive assistant, or operations support role.

Experience working with or alongside local authority, public sector, or regulated environments is desirable.
Salary & Details

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Location: Remote (UK-based), with occasional travel for meetings or events.

Hours: Full Time (39 hours per week).
