Autos Tech Motors is currently looking for a motivated Admin & Sales Assistant (Part-Time) to support operations and help maintain a professional and organised office environment.
The Role
The Admin & Sales Assistant will handle general office duties, customer enquiries, and support the sales process. This role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. No previous experience is needed, as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person

Update and maintain sales records, logs, and customer files

Assist with preparing sales documents and basic paperwork

Organise digital and physical files for smooth workflow

Support online tasks such as uploading adverts or posts

Greet customers and provide basic vehicle information

Coordinate with sales and workshop teams regarding vehicle status

Keep the office clean, tidy, and well organised

Perform general admin tasks assigned by the manager
Essential Requirements

Basic computer skills (email, Word, simple data entry)
