Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Care Worker to join our team as a Sponsored Care Worker. As a Support Worker, you will provide essential care and assistance to support an individual with Complex and Physical needs within Domiciliary care. Duties

To encourage and help promote the quality of life according to needs as identified in the service user’s personal care plan.

Assist individuals with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, feeding, medication administration and complex care interventions.

Assist in the safe hoisting, transferring, repositioning and movement of service users.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.

Document care, progress, and any incidents or concerns.
What Is Needed

A naturally caring approach and a passion for helping people maintain their dignity, independence, and choice.

Must have a full UK driving license & business insurance on their vehicle and be able to drive to service user care calls.

A respectful, courteous, and compassionate nature and belief in giving your personal best at all times.

Good communication skills to effectively interact with the service user and fellow colleagues.

Reliability and flexibility to support the nature of the business.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Ability to provide patient and compassionate care.

Minimum of 1 year experience as a care worker.

Experience working with individuals with complex health needs such as Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple Sclerosis and Autonomic Dysreflexia.

Experience in at least some complex care interventions such as PEG Care, Catheter Care, Stoma Care, etc.
Desirable but Not Essential

NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
