Duties

• Assist in managing and scheduling posts across multiple social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

• Support the creation of engaging content such as images, videos, and written posts that align with brand messaging.

• Monitor social media accounts for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities; respond professionally and promptly.

• Help track and analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas and promotional strategies.

• Support the organisation of online events or campaigns to increase brand visibility and community engagement.

• Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms.
