Active Care in the Home, part of Active Care Group, is one of the UK’s largest providers of complex care. The Care in the Home team supports adults with spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, and other complex health needs, helping them live comfortably and independently at home.

They are currently looking for a friendly, reliable Support Worker to join their team at a client’s home in Oswestry.

Working Hours

  • Day shifts: 8am – 8pm

  • Waking night shifts: 8pm – 8am

  • Some weekend work required

  • Full-time and part-time options available

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting a female client with a spinal cord injury in her own home. She lives with her family and receives 24/7 double-up care.

Tasks include:

  • Personal care

  • Medication support

  • Moving and handling

  • Light domestic duties

No previous experience? No problem! Full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.

What to Look Forward To
