Role Location & Schedule

Location: Central London (On-site)
Days: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
Hours: Part-time (3 days per week)

Role Overview

Capax is seeking a reliable and well-organised Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join the team in a friendly and vibrant Central London office. This is an on-site role suited to a proactive individual who enjoys a varied administrative position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Filing and maintaining paperwork and records

  • Ensuring the office is tidy, organised, and well-presented

  • Ordering and purchasing office supplies

  • Managing and updating business accounts and records

  • Organising and planning office events

  • Providing general administrative support and assisting with ad hoc tasks

  • Reporting to the Director of Learning and Development

Requirements

  • BSc degree from a recognised university (essential)

  • No prior experience required; previous administrative or office experience is preferred

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Good communication skills

  • Basic IT proficiency (email, spreadsheets, document handling)
