Role Overview
As a Kitchen Porter, the role is central to keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and ready to operate smoothly during service.
Key Responsibilities

Keep the kitchen spotless by washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and maintaining hygiene standards

Support the chefs with basic food preparation when needed, helping to keep the kitchen running smoothly

Restock and organise supplies, ensuring everything is ready for service

Play an essential role during busy shifts, keeping things moving efficiently

Help maintain a positive, friendly atmosphere in the kitchen – teamwork makes the dream work
