Internship Overview
OneFootball is looking for a Sales Intern to join the UK Commercial team, working 30 hours per week. This role supports day-to-day sales activities, helps identify commercial opportunities around key football moments, and provides hands-on experience working with sales, client success, and creative teams.
This is an opportunity to learn how commercial partnerships are built and delivered in a fast-paced sports media environment.
Your Role

Support the UK Sales team by identifying and tracking key football fixtures and moments on a weekly basis to inform sales opportunities

Conduct research on brands and commercial activity within the football ecosystem to support prospecting and pitch preparation

Assist with outbound sales activities, including cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn

Collaborate closely with Client Success Managers and Creative Strategists to support campaign planning and execution

Help translate client needs into internal briefs by preparing presentation decks, supporting campaign responses, and assisting with reporting and post-campaign analysis
Your Profile

Strong curiosity and a proactive mindset, with an interest in learning how sales and partnerships work in the football and media space

Interest in football and the commercial ecosystem around the game, including brands, campaigns, and sponsorships

Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to support outreach conversations and collaborate with multiple teams

Solid literacy and numeracy skills, with comfort working with basic data, reports, and presentations

Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and follow through on requests in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to develop negotiation and persuasion skills through hands-on sales exposure
-
Comfortable using common productivity tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, Google Sheets, and email-finding or prospecting tools (e.g. Alf), or eager to learn them quickly
