Taggu Ltd is expanding nationwide and looking for driven, confident Sales Representatives to help bring Taggu to bars, restaurants, cafés, salons, and entertainment venues across the UK.

What You’ll Do

  • Acquire new venues and clients through outbound calls, email outreach, and in-person visits.

  • Actively research and identify new leads every week.

  • Present and demonstrate how Taggu improves tipping transparency and staff rewards.

  • Onboard new venues using Taggu Ltd’s simple digital process (training provided).

  • Record and report daily activity through Taggu Ltd’s internal CRM system.

  • Represent Taggu Ltd professionally as part of a modern, people-first brand.

How You’ll Work

  • 70% remote / from-home — prospecting, emailing, and calling potential venues.

  • 30% in-person — visiting venues to complete onboardings and demos.

  • Begin with two paid training days (£9 per hour).

  • Commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week (hybrid remote + field).

  • Achieve at least five (5) venue onboardings in the first two weeks to stay on hourly pay.

  • After probation, earn commission on every venue brought onboard.

  • All staff clock in and out via Taggu Ltd’s system to ensure transparent pay and performance tracking.

What You’ll Earn

Performance-Based Pay — No Limits

  • Level 1: £30 per active venue (1–50 venues)

  • Level 2: £50 per active venue (51–100 venues)

  • Level 3: £75 per active venue (101–150 venues)

  • Level 4: £100 per active venue (151–300 venues)

  • Level 5: £150 per active venue (301–500 venues = “Legend Status”)

Milestone Rewards

  • 300 venues: 4-night all-expenses-paid holiday

  • 500 venues: Legend Status — build your own sales team and earn ongoing commission from their performance
