About the Role

As a Care Assistant, the role involves providing person-centred care to older adults across Gateshead, supporting them to regain independence in their own homes.

Duties Include

• Personal care

• Meal preparation and basic cooking

• Light household tasks

• Food shopping

• Companionship and emotional support

No experience needed – full training provided.

What Perfect Care Ltd Is Looking For

• Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, own car, and business insurance are essential

• Right to Work: Candidates must have the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not currently available

• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends

• Good English communication skills
