Key Duties and Responsibilities

Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior staff

Handle correspondence via email, phone, and other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Organise travel arrangements and accommodation bookings as required

Maintain filing systems both digitally and physically for easy retrieval of information

Support with invoicing and bookkeeping using QuickBooks

Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies

Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders on behalf of the team
Required Skills and Experience

Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications

Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable

Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed

Strong phone etiquette and professional communication abilities

Demonstrated office experience with clerical duties such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence management

Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
