About the Role
There is a fantastic opportunity to join the Marketing Team as a Marketing Assistant. The role is responsible for managing acquisition and customer marketing campaigns across all channels to drive profitable growth. The Digital Marketing Assistant will report directly to the Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager and will work with a wide variety of internal departments and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with acquisition plans by helping to plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns to maximise return on investment

Manage campaigns by developing ads for digital marketing channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and display banners

Service customers by delivering important service messages to the customer base, including weekly price notification emails

Support cross-functional collaboration by assisting sales teams with marketing collateral such as email templates

Support partnerships by working with Trade Associations to develop marketing assets that promote services to their membership bases

Manage reputation by owning the management of the Trustpilot account, collecting reviews, responding to customer reviews, and flagging customer issues

Build email journeys by designing and deploying targeted email automation journeys to drive both acquisition and retention
Requirements

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and an understanding of how creative tests perform against one another

Creative tool proficiency, preferably with experience using graphic design and email marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or Mailchimp

Collaborative spirit with an organised, proactive, and resilient approach to teamwork and communication across departments and seniority levels

Attention to detail with excellent organisational skills, effective time management, and meticulous accuracy
