Sponsorship will be provided following the successful completion of a four-month probationary period.
Topline Care Solutions Ltd, a leading domiciliary care agency, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health and Support Worker (female) to provide in-home care and support services to clients. Topline Care Solutions Ltd believes in treating clients with respect and dignity while maintaining strict confidentiality.
A minimum of six (6) months of experience in the UK is required; all training will be provided. Access to a personal vehicle is necessary. Responsibilities

Providing personal care and support services to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Assisting clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed

Administering medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals

Providing companionship and emotional support to clients

Assisting with meal preparation and feeding as needed

Performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and changing bed linens

Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Requirements

Must be in the UK with access to a personal vehicle

Candidate must be able to start working ASAP

Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
