Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

Support daily living activities such as meal preparation and medication management

Implement care plans as directed by healthcare professionals and monitor patient progress

Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive environment

Ensure a clean and safe living space by adhering to hygiene protocols

Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive care
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in English, both spoken and written

Knowledge of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately

Experience in domiciliary care settings is preferred

Basic IT skills for maintaining client records and team communication

Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families

Driver’s license and access to a vehicle is essential
Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience: At least 1 year in home care (required)
Language: English (required)
Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required)
