We are seeking a contract Clinical Recruiter to support high-volume Nurse Practitioner hiring.
Job Overview

Responsibilities

Expected to ramp quickly and begin producing hires within the first 2 weeks

Target of 4 Nurse Practitioner hires per week once ramped
Requirements

Recruitment agency experience within the last 2 years (required)

2+ years of Nurse Practitioner recruiting experience (required)

Proven ability to hit NP hiring targets at high volume and fast pace

Contractor experience preferred

Able to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up

Experience within the last 6 months using Google Suite, Slack, and Greenhouse (required)
