About the Role
- Monday–Friday, approximately 30 hours per week

You’ll support our team by handling important administrative and compliance-related tasks that keep our clients and business running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Handle business paperwork, online filings, and basic compliance tasks (e.g., unemployment tax forms, state filings, LLC paperwork)
- Keep records organized and help track important deadlines
- Communicate with state agencies, QuickBooks, and clients as needed
- Work independently while staying connected with a supportive, virtual team
Requirements
- A true self-starter who can manage tasks independently without micromanagement
- Strong communication skills — clear, professional, and confident
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with paperwork, online forms, and learning new systems
- Proficient with computers and common business software
- Must have reliable access to a computer, stable internet, and a dependable phone
- Experience with accounting or bookkeeping is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (written and verbal) is required
