Responsibilities
- Support Customers by being proactive
- Reactive at customers complaint in some cases to keep each and every customer satistfied
- Perform duties with various CRM (Customer Relationship Manager Tools)
Requirements
- Proficiency in various CRM tools e.g Zoho CRM, Hubspot, Zendesk, Dynamic 365 etc
- Excellent written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Ability to work independently as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent Organizational skills
