About the Opportunity:
AllWork is looking for a curious, detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to support day-to-day reporting and analytics across the business. You’ll be a key partner for internal teams that rely on accurate data to make decisions, answer client questions, and understand performance.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Customer Success, Human Resources, Sales, Operations, and Finance to clarify what they need, build reports that actually answer the question, and help improve how we track and share data as the company scales. You’ll get hands-on experience in business intelligence best practices, dashboarding, and lightweight analysis, with the chance to grow your skillset quickly through real business problems.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal reporting and data requests; gather context, align on the question being asked, and deliver accurate outputs on time
  • Build and maintain reporting in Sigma so stakeholders have access to reliable, up-to-date dashboards and performance views
  • Create ad hoc reports and summaries that answer specific business questions for internal teams and, at times, client-facing needs
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to define metrics, align on data definitions, and document reporting logic so work is consistent and repeatable
  • Support process improvements related to reporting requests, including templates, documentation, and lightweight workflow optimization
  • Combine and reconcile datasets when needed, including mapping external data sources to internal reporting for analysis and trend tracking
  • Assist on larger analysis and reporting initiatives by gathering requirements, validating outputs, and supporting rollout to stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships, academic projects, and hands-on analytics work are welcome)
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data cleaning, and building repeatable templates (required)
  • Experience with a BI or visualization tool such as Sigma, Tableau, or PowerBI (Sigma is a plus)
  • SQL is preferred but not required; ability to work with queries or a strong willingness to learn
  • Python familiarity is a plus but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working in fast-moving environments with multiple incoming requests
  • Ability to communicate data findings clearly in writing for non-technical stakeholders and summarize takeaways in a straightforward way
