Lucia Protocol is looking for an Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO as a strategic partner in building Decentral and Lucia Protocol into a category-defining company.
This role is a mix of strategy, legal review, accounting, investor relations, operations, and technical context switching. You will sit at the center of everything happening across the company and help drive clarity, momentum, and execution.
Responsibilities
1. Investor & External Relations
- Manage relationships with investors, partners, and advisors.
- Draft and refine updates, outreach, follow-ups, and talking points.
- Prepare me for investor conversations and help run the investment pipeline.
- Can analyze and redline legal contracts with minimal outside support
2. Company Narrative & Communications
- Understand what’s happening across engineering, product, and GTM.
- Strong experience with Claude, GPT for handling ambiguous situations and automating repetitive workflows. Applicants with OpenClaw experience heavily favored
- Translate that into clear, compelling language for pitching, decks, updates, and content.
- Maintain internal “source of truth” docs on progress, roadmap, and metrics.
3. Personal Branding & Public Presence
- Coordinate speaking engagements, conference submissions, and media opportunities.
- Organize past talks and clips; produce short videos or faceless AI content for distribution.
- Support social and content strategy when needed.
4. Technical Fluency & Context Switching
- Stay on top of developments in AI, crypto, attribution, and growth tech.
- Help shape responses to technical questions from investors, partners, and communities.
- Be comfortable learning quickly and communicating confidently on cutting-edge topics.
5. Distribution & Growth Operations
- Support experiments that get more users distributing or adopting our SDK/product.
- Work with me and the team on BD workstreams.
- Operate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing.
Qualifications
- Fast learner with strong technical intuition (doesn’t need to be an engineer, but must be able to follow and articulate technical concepts).
- Clear communicator — concise, sharp writing is a must.
- Operationally excellent — you can bring order, systems, and structure to chaos.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and can operate directly alongside a founder.
- High-agency and resourceful — you solve problems without waiting for instructions.
- Experience in startups, investing, product, strategy, or technical fields is a plus.
