The Opportunity We’re seeking a diligent and proactive Customer Experience Assistant to join our team. This is a part time (15-20 hour/week) employee role where you would be responsible for resolving customer support requests, onboarding new clients, and supporting overall customer operations.
About ProcessDrivenProcessDriven is a 100% remote company that trains small business owners and their operators how to run their businesses with less stress and fewer things stuck in the owner’s head. We offer online courses and high-touch 1-on-1 coaching through our brand, backed by a 140K subscriber YouTube channel and a highly engaged email list.
This isn’t an opportunity for someone looking to hide in the shadows. You’ll be joining a core team of 4 (11 including contractors) where your work will be visible and directly impactful.

What You’ll DoCustomer Support
- Manage the primary support inboxes across ProcessDriven, including managing automation rules to auto-route emails to the appropriate people
- Resolve inbound support requests (average of 3 per day) by email within 1 business day
- Respond to audience emails requests (average 5 per day) by email within 1 business day
Onboarding Management
- Execute new client onboarding, including creating folders and organizing source materials
- Communicate as-needed with new clients to ensure a smooth onboarding
Operations Support
- Implement and oversee automations and AI helpers for all of the above
- Occasional support for small operational projects as the business evolves
About YouRequired:
- You are US-based and available for work during North American business hours.
- You are a clear written communicator in English, even without AI.
- You are skilled at diffusing upset customers in writing — and without feeling taxed.
- You can read between the lines in written communication and address the core issue.
- You enjoy careful repetition. You find routine relaxing, not stressful.
- You have 3+ years of experience working in a fully remote environment. You are able to manage yourself easily without prompting, oversight, or micromanagement.
- You can solve unfamiliar issues independently, and know when to ask for help.
- You take pride in writing thoughtful, clear, and human responses.
- You are very comfortable using ClickUp.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in a small team (< 10 people)
- Familiarity with oneline education businesses
- You are familiar with ProcessDriven’s work.
Compensation
- This is an hourly part-time employee position (15-20 hours per week).
- Compensation is $25.50 – $27.00 per hour.
