Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting

  • Conduct high volume outbound outreach through phone calls, email campaigns, and social channels to real estate associations, brokerages, and schools
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and markets
  • Clearly communicate value propositions tailored to real estate professionals and organizations
  • Schedule discovery meetings and route qualified opportunities to sales leadership

Partner Re Engagement

  • Identify existing partners and customers with limited or no recent revenue activity
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns to re engage and reactivate inactive accounts
  • Build trusted relationships to uncover new opportunities within dormant real estate partners

CRM Management (Salesforce)

  • Maintain accurate, current, and complete records within Salesforce
  • Research and update outdated or incomplete contact and account information
  • Track all outreach activities, notes, and follow ups to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align messaging and outreach strategy
  • Share field insights, objections, and feedback to support continuous improvement of campaigns and offerings
  • Contribute to overall revenue goals through pipeline generation and opportunity development

Skills Required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across phone, email, and virtual platforms
  • Comfort with cold calling, objection handling, and persistent outbound outreach
  • Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a performance based environment
  • Self starter mentality with a collaborative, team oriented approach

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting or selling into the real estate industry (agents, brokerages, MLSs, associations, or schools)
  • Prior experience with sales engagement tools and outbound prospecting platforms
