Summary
FI Construction are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be in charge of delivery of Health & Safety, commercial budgets, programme management and managing scheduling and communicating with stakeholders.
As a Project Manager you will have overall responsibility for the construction projects you are working on as well as other FIC personnel associated with your project.
The right candidate will report directly to the Construction Directors and formal progress reports will be required to be presented monthly. FI Construction are looking for a project manager to lead the construction team on pre-construction and construction of one of our major projects.
A proven track record in successful project management of large-scale industrial developments is essential.
This role is site based in Wrexham or depending on the applicants location can also be based in Chorley and you may have to travel sometimes to other sites within our portfolio.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
– Health & Safety
– Dealing with Operational matters
– Managing day to day operations on site
– Pre construction management
– Deal with Commercial matters
– Management of site team and consultants
– Design management
– Formation of project plan timeline and delivery
This is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you could be asked to pick up other tasks from across the business as and when necessary.
Qualification & Experience Required
– Excellent time management skills
– Extensive civil and groundworks experience is essential
– Managed previous sites with a value in excess of £25m
– Proven track record in the industrial construction sector
