Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track food and medication orders from placement through delivery.
  • Ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Follow up with customers regarding delivery status, service issues, and special requests.
  • Escalate urgent customer concerns and delivery issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed customer records and communication logs.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong speaking skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of administrative, customer service, operations, or office support experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Pay: $23.45 – $28.24 per hour
