Responsibilities
- Monitor and track food and medication orders from placement through delivery.
- Ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
- Follow up with customers regarding delivery status, service issues, and special requests.
- Escalate urgent customer concerns and delivery issues when necessary.
- Maintain detailed customer records and communication logs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong speaking skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of administrative, customer service, operations, or office support experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
