- Assist with volunteer and membership record management
- Support event planning and community outreach initiatives
- Track operational projects and follow up on pending tasks
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of organizational information

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous administrative, customer service, or office experience is a plus but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
