Responsibilities 

• Conducting virtual patient intake and follow-up communications
• Managing electronic health records (EHR) and uploading documents
• Coordinating lab orders, prescriptions, and prior authorizations
• Assisting with appointment scheduling and reminders
• Communicating with pharmacies, insurance providers, and patients
• Supporting providers with day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirement

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
• 1–2 years of experience in behavioral or mental health preferred
• Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., SimplePractice, CharmHealth, or similar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and HIPAA-compliant remote setup
• Two professional references required.
• Criminal background check dated within the last six months required prior to onboarding.
• Applicants must be able to complete all onboarding requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and independent follow-through are essential.
