Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Assist guests before, during, and after their stays
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance requests with vendors and service providers
- Track and follow up on open guest and maintenance issues to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to address operational needs and improve guest satisfaction
- Monitor reservations, guest communications, and property-related updates
- Assist with administrative and operational projects as assigned

Requirements
- Previous customer service, hospitality, property management, or administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through on tasks
- Comfortable learning and using multiple software platforms
- Basic accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reconciliation experience is a strong plus

Schedule Requirements
- Monday through Friday: Afternoon and evening availability required
