Responsibilities
• Manage and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create or coordinate high-quality content (text, graphics, video snippets) that fits our brand voice.
• Analyze metrics, identify trends, and adjust strategies to boost engagement.
• Monitor comments/messages and respond professionally.
• Collaborate with our marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and company announcements.
• Stay updated on industry and platform trends (translation, language tech, AI, global business).
Requirements
• Proven experience managing social media for brands (preferably in B2B or professional services).
• Strong writing skills and eye for engaging visuals.
• Familiarity with tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, or Meta Business Suite.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic analytics knowledge (engagement rate, reach, clicks, etc.).
Preferred:
• Experience with SaaS, translation, or global marketing.
• Video editing or short-form video creation (Reels/TikTok).
• Understanding of SEO or multilingual content strategies.
