Responsibilities
- Strategic Partner Account Leadership:
- Own end-to-end lifecycle (onboarding through renewal/expansion) for top-tier partner accounts
- Build and execute multi-year strategic partner plans aligned with partner business objectives
- Serve as trusted advisor to partner executives and senior stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional resolution of complex or escalated partner issues and risks
- Partner Growth and Retention:
- Drive expansion and upsell opportunities in partnership
- Proactively identify partner health risks and expansion signals
Requirements
- 3+ years in partnership management, account management, or business development (3+ in SaaS preferred)
- Proven track record managing a large ARR portfolio with partners or enterprise accounts
- Demonstrated renewal, expansion, and partner relationship management results
- Experience mentoring or leading others
- Executive communication & presence, strategic account planning, negotiation, cross-functional leadership, coaching/mentorship, risk mitigation at scale, partner business acumen.
Work Environment:

$65,000 – $85,000 USD
